At ShunyaBar Labs, we built Navokoj on a single, stubborn premise: Logic should be a utility.

In an era dominated by probabilistic AI, we focused on the deterministic. We built a SAT engine capable of handling industrial-scale constraints—from power grid balancing to cryptographic verification—with sub-second latency.

Today, I am sharing our technical roadmap for the next six months. While our API is currently in a stable Public Beta, we are formally targeting June 2026 as our milestone for full Enterprise Readiness.

But first, I want to explain why our technology works when others fail.


The Science Behind the Solver

We don’t use standard combinatorial search. We don’t guess, and we don’t backtrack.

As detailed in our newly published preprint on Zenodo, ShunyaBar: Spectral–Arithmetic Phase Transitions for Combinatorial Optimization,” our engine treats logic problems as a dynamical system grounded in non-commutative geometry.

Instead of searching for a needle in a haystack, our algorithm continuously relaxes constraints and forces a phase transition at a specific arithmetic singularity (technically, at inverse temperature β = 1). This effectively “freezes” the system into a solution.

This isn’t just theory. The results from the SAT 2024 Industrial Track benchmarks (4,199 problems) prove it works at scale:

  • Navokoj Pro: Achieved a 92.57% complete-SAT rate on the SAT 2024 Industrial Track under the documented CPU regime for instances below 10k variables; GPU execution supports higher-variable workloads.
  • Speed: Solved complex industrial instances at a rate of 7.9/sec.
  • Quality: 99.92% satisfaction rate on partial solves.

Breaking the “Impossible” Barriers

To prove the engine is ready for the enterprise, we didn’t just run standard tests. We pushed the physics of the solver to the limit on NVIDIA H100 hardware. The results, verified in our preprint, are constructive proof that we can handle workloads standard solvers cannot touch:

1. The 129-SAT Challenge (Ultra-High-k)

Standard solvers rely on locality. We destroyed locality by creating a 129-SAT problem that was 1,000x over-constrained.

  • Result: 100% satisfaction (0 violations out of 1 million) in ~9 minutes on a single H100 GPU.

2. Ramsey R(5,5,5) at N=52

This is a graph coloring problem with a search space of 3^1326.

  • Result: A perfect 3-coloring found in ~17 minutes.

Unlike hybrid approaches (like NVIDIA TurboSAT) which use GPUs to accelerate classical search and require a “repair phase,” ShunyaBar is pure continuous dynamics. We don’t repair solutions; we evolve them until they are perfect.

The Roadmap to June 2026

Public credentials are issued through an approved access process and are never embedded in documentation or browser code. The following upgrades support mission-critical workloads:

1. Hardware Acceleration (The H100 Tier)

The benchmark results above (129-SAT and Ramsey) were achieved on internal H100 clusters. Currently, our API runs on CPU. By June, we will introduce the Enterprise Tier, exposing this GPU-accelerated pipeline to you. This brings the power of spectral phase transitions to your hardest cryptographic and optimization problems.

2. Removing the “Known Limitations”

Transparency is our currency. Our technical report identified two limitations: parser stack depth issues and slower performance on 30+ day schedules.

  • Q1 2026: We are rewriting the boolean expression parser to handle infinite nesting without stack overflows.
  • Q2 2026: We are optimizing the constraint propagation for the /v1/schedule endpoint to handle monthly and quarterly planning horizons with the same speed as weekly batches.

3. Enterprise Governance

To support our partners in healthcare and fintech, we are adding:

  • SSO & RBAC: Granular control over who can submit problems and who can view diagnostics.
  • Audit Logs: Immutable logs of every constraint solved, crucial for compliance.
  • SLA Guarantees: Moving from “best effort” to contractually guaranteed 99.99% uptime.

The Philosophy of “Done”

We chose June 2026 not as an arbitrary date, but as a quality threshold. We are not interested in being the “hype” AI company. We are interested in being the infrastructure that ensures the hype actually works.

When the lights need to stay on, when the roster must be filled, and when the circuit must be verified, Navokoj provides the truth.

The Seven Seals of Navokoj

Enterprise security isn’t a checklist. It’s an architecture. Here’s how we protect the Spectral Flow.

Seal 1: FOKS (The Hidden Origin)

End-to-end encrypted Git. The source of truth never touches a public server. Even a compromised host yields only high-entropy noise.

Seal 2: NJALLA (The Sovereign Shield)

Privacy-first domain orchestration. Our infrastructure operates outside standard WHOIS snooping and domain-level censorship—an untouchable anchor.

Seal 3: KEYBASE (The Identity Bridge)

PGP-verified identity and E2EE distribution. Licenses are delivered via exploding messages in encrypted team folders. No paper trail.

Seal 4: HARBOR (The Enterprise Gate)

Private, air-gapped Docker registry. We ship signed, scanned tarballs with Cosign signatures and Trivy vulnerability reports. Your binary never touches our cloud.

Seal 5: CHACHA20-POLY1305 (The Heartbeat)

256-bit AEAD offline licensing via sidecar pattern. The solver never phones home. It checks a local status file decrypted with ChaCha20-Poly1305. Air-gap compatible. Cryptographically mandatory.

Seal 6: NUITKA (The Steel Wrapper)

Python-to-C++ native compilation. Every wrapper and API route is compiled to .so binaries. Source code is deleted from the build context. To a reverse-engineer, the container is granite.

Seal 7: LUAJIT (The Spectral Core)

Stripped LuaJIT bytecode. The core solver ships as .ljbc with no function names, no variable names, no comments. Just raw, machine-executable logic.

The Zero Attack Surface

Combined, the Seven Seals create a product that cannot be seen, cannot be tracked, cannot be intercepted, cannot be reverse-engineered, and cannot leak data.

The combination of privacy-first infrastructure (Njalla/Keybase) with cryptographic supply chain integrity (Harbor/Cosign) and multi-layer obfuscation (Nuitka/LuaJIT) is rare—most companies stop at one or two of these. We do not. This is the depth of our commitment to delivering world-class solutions to your hardest constraints.
